PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for evaluating the foam quality of a foamable alcohol beverage in a state nearer to a general market (a home or a restaurant), and also to provide an evaluation method of foam quality. SOLUTION: The container for evaluating the foam quality of the foamable alcohol beverage is characterized in that the inner surface of the container is coated with a long chain fatty acid or edible oils and fats. The evaluation method of the foam quality of the foamable alcohol beverage using the container for evaluating foam quality is also disclosed and enables a comparison of the evaluation result of the foam quality of the foamable alcohol beverage using a clean container with the evaluation result of the foam quality of the foamable alcohol beverage using the container for evaluating foam quality.
