PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of improving heat exchanging efficiency in a vehicle loading space, when the vehicle loading space has a trapezoidal shape. SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger 1 comprising a plurality of tubes 2 disposed in a stacked state, a one-side header tank 4 disposed at one end side of the plurality of tubes 2 and provided with a return tank chamber 12 inside thereof, the other-side header tank 5 disposed at the other end side of the plurality of tubes 2 and provided with an inlet-side tank chamber 14 and an outlet-side tank chamber 15 inside thereof, and an inlet-side pipe connecting portion 18 and an outlet-side pipe connecting portion 19 formed at the other-side header tank portion 5, the other-side header tank portion 5 has two inclined portions 16, 17 having the same directions to a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the tubes 2, and the inlet-side pipe connecting portion 18 and the outlet-side pipe connecting portion 19 are formed on the inclined portions 16, 17, respectively.
