PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as pollution by bleedout of a surfactant or migration of ions, deterioration of transparency of a film and a cost increase by a step of providing an antistatic layer in the conventional antistatic film for fixing an electronic member and to provide an antistatic film for fixing the electronic member having excellent antistatic properties and transparency with slight pollution. SOLUTION: The antistatic film for fixing the electronic member has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Furthermore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is composed of a hydrocarbyl (meth)acrylate copolymer having at least one specific quaternary onium-organic acid salt group in the molecular side chain in at least a part of at least one surface of a film substrate.
