PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container in which a content is hardly remained even when the content is a liquid having high viscosity, or a liquid with solids being mixed therein. SOLUTION: The paper container is formed of a laminate 10 in which at least a paper 11, a barrier layer 12, and a sealant layer 13 are laminated from the outer side in this order. The sealant layer 13 contains a resin with a silicone-modified polyolefin resin with an organo-siloxane being subjected to graft-copolymerization with an olefin polymer, and a non-modified polyolefin resin mixed therein. The silicone-modified polyolefin resin has a silicone content of 30-80 mass%, and the mixed resin obtained by mixing the silicone-modified polyolefin resin and the non-modified polyolefin resin preferably has a silicone content of 1-50 mass%.
