PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cooling apparatus which can reduce an equipment cost, and can improve its maintainability. SOLUTION: The water cooling apparatus 2 comprises a water supply portion 6 having water discharging ports 4, and an air supply portion 10 having air discharging ports 8. In the water cooling apparatus 2, the water discharging ports 4 and the air discharging ports 8 are arranged at different positions respectively. The air discharging ports 8 are arranged at the positions where the air can blow the water 16 discharged from the water discharging ports 4. The water discharged from the water discharging ports 4 is converted into particles by the air discharged from the air discharging ports 8. It is preferable that the water supply portion 6 has a tubular water supply pipe 14, and the air supply portion 10 has a tubular air supply pipe 22. It is preferable that the air supply pipe 22 and the water supply pipe 14 are arranged in parallel with each other. It is preferable that the water discharging ports 4 are arranged at a plurality of longitudinal positions of the water supply pipe 14 respectively, and the air discharging ports 8 are arranged at a plurality of longitudinal positions of the air supply pipe 22 respectively.
