PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing apparatus that employs a lever device of a rocking fulcrum type capable of efficiently scraping a material utilizing the principle of lever without using a blade that rotates solidly with a rotation shaft. SOLUTION: The mixing apparatus 1 is constituted of a lever device 4 of a rocking fulcrum type equipped with a lever member 2 and a crank device 3. The lever member 2 is comprised of a revolving power point 2a driven by transmitted power, a movably supported fulcrum 2b reciprocating in response to the rotary motion of the power point 2a, and an action point 2c that revolves around a center of rotary motion disposed on a position different from that of the power point 2a in response to the rotary motion of the power point 2a, which action point 2c is disposed on the opposite side of the fulcrum 2b relative to the power point 2a. The crank device 3 transmits power to the power point 2a through a crank shaft 5 connected to the power point 2a.
