PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling a waste liquid which can efficiently separate the waste liquid mixed with a liquid component and a solid component into the solid component and the liquid component, recover the liquid component in high purity, and reutilize both the solid component and the liquid component. SOLUTION: The method 1 for recycling the waste liquid which separates the waste liquid W mixed with the solid component and the liquid component into the solid component and the liquid component to utilize each of the solid component and the liquid component comprises a concentration process 2 for evaporating the liquid component in the waste liquid W to generate the liquid concentrate 2A of the solid component using a thin film evaporator, drying process 3 for drying a mixture liquid loading the liquid concentrate 2A with solid sludge containing a large amount of the solid component to obtain a solid component 3A using an agitation dryer, and a recovery process 4 for liquifying evaporated liquid components 2B and 3B discharged in the concentration process 2 and the drying process 3 to recover it.
