PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shredder crushing device capable of easily removing foreign matters when the foreign matters are mixed. SOLUTION: A vibration sensor 8 provided on a shredder body 5 detects the vibration in a crushing chamber 6. When the level of the detected vibration is not less than a reference value, the operation of an upstream unit is stopped to interrupt the feed of new wastes into the crushing chamber 6, and in a predetermined waiting time, normally treated wastes are transferred to the downstream side. When foreign matters successively generate the vibration of the level not less than the reference value in the crushing chamber a plurality of times, a foreign matter discharge port 9 formed in the crushing chamber 6 is opened to automatically remove only the foreign matters.
