PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing a composition containing a von Willebrand factor-nicking enzyme (ADAMTS13). SOLUTION: The method for stabilizing the composition containing the ADAMTS13 involves adding a divalent metal ion exemplified by a calcium ion, a barium ion and a magnesium ion to the composition containing the ADAMTS13.
