<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal authentication control device, which can carry out permitted control in a stepped manner, based on a result of personal authentication. <P>SOLUTION: The personal authentication control device 1 controls equipment provided for a facility so as to conform to a state set for each user, based on a result of user personal authentication. The personal authentication control device is formed of an ID key 20 for detecting a user personal ID, an ID key identifying means 40 for detecting the personal ID from the ID key 20 and identifying a user, an input operation identifying means 50 for identifying the user, based on input operation of the user, and a personal authentication level setting means 70 for setting a personal authentication level, based on a result of the identification by the ID key identifying means 40 and a result of the identification by the input operation identifying means 50.
