<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that on extruding paste foods such as the dough of a rice cake, baked rice cake, etc., from an extruding port by the rotation of an extrusion screw, the extrusion-resisting force is large because of the viscosity, hardness, etc., of the dough and variations are also marked, and therefore, it is difficult to maintain the extrusion amount of the dough as always constant. <P>SOLUTION: This paste food-processing machine extruding the dough of the paste foods from the extruding port 3 by rotating the extrusion screw 2 of an extrusion chamber 1 is provided by installing a joining metal 11 made from a stainless steel and formed with an axial hole 10 for fitting/joining the shaft end part 7 of the screw-driving shaft 6, at the rear end surface 8 of the extrusion screw 2, and forming an axial rib 9 for making it in contact with the screw rear end surface 8 at the shaft end part 7 of the screw-driving shaft 6. By making the joining metal 11 of the screw rear end surface 8 of the extruding screw 2 in contact with the shaft rib 9 of the shaft end part 7 of the screw-driving shaft 6, the constant joining position is maintained and also even on receiving an opposing force of the dough extrusion pressure caused by the driving screw 2, the bearing part of these screw-driving shaft 6 and the extrusion screw 2, etc., are driven for rotating smoothly without getting damage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
