<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internationally shared infrastructure as a medical treatment strategy database by requiring medical institutions throughout the world to provide medical chart information to be used. <P>SOLUTION: Latest medical treatment techniques, update information for side-effects and drug diseases, and medical lessens or remainders extracted from past cases of failure can be entirely referred in the stage of virtual experiment by artificial intelligence automatic retrieval. Particularly, an active warning is given to a doctor's unconscious trial determination which may lead to a fatal mistake in a medical treatment plan, and an option is provided for each strategic choice for a risk which affects a patient's life.
