<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable musical sounds that are presently being emitted to be transposed, when there is a key control operation made during automatic playing, in addition to the musical sounds to be subsequently emitted. <P>SOLUTION: When a key control switch 15a is operated for transposing a play key, a CPU 10 transposes an MIDI message and outputs it to a sound source device 18, transmits the transposed information to the sound source 18.
