PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, device and program for forming three-dimensional shape data, in which three-dimensional shape data reflecting a designer's intention or image is reflected can be created. SOLUTION: An arrangement position and a visual point direction within a three-dimensional space in a sketch is decided by angle method or three-point method (S140 and S150), sectional lines in the three-dimensional space of a door section of a vehicle drawn in the sketch and a center section are obtained (S160), a space curve of the vehicle in the three-dimensional space is obtained based on the obtained door sectional line and center sectional line (S170), three-dimensional distortion is corrected (S180), and a curved surface is created (S190).
