PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal which makes a support so that a calling side and a called side can made a telephone conversation when an incoming call is processed as an absence incoming call at the called side. SOLUTION: A communication terminal 1 for making a speech in response to an incoming call comprises an information creation means for creating responsible information 12 containing time information indicating a responsible time if an incoming call is processed as an absence incoming call, and an information transmission means for transmitting the responsible information 12. Thus, if an incoming call can not be answered (is processed as an absence incoming call), a time during which a called side can respond to the incoming call (responsible information 12) can be transmitted to a calling-side communication terminal 100.
