PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metal plate which stably maintains high reflectivity for a long period, and has superior light reflectivity to sustain high luminance for a long period, when it is used as, for example, a reflecting plate of a liquid crystal panel and a reflecting plate of lighting fittings. SOLUTION: The light reflecting coated metal plate is provided with a light reflecting coating film, having a structure laminated with a plurality of light reflecting layers, including a white pigment and a binder resin, in which at least the extreme surface layer of the light reflecting coating film is a layer of a thickness that is 5μm or larger, not inclusive of fluorescent material and polyester resin layer, having melamine crosslinking exists in the layer containing the fluorescent material or the upper layer side thereof.
