PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the discharge of grease from a bearing hole by a seal lip by providing the seal lip to prevent the entering of a foreign matter between the bearing hole and a stabilizer bar without increasing the number of parts of a device and assembling man-hours. SOLUTION: The seal lips 40 integrally formed with a rubber elastic body 12 are projected to the outside in the axial direction from opening ends of both sides on the bearing hole 20 and press-fitted on the outer peripheral surface of the stabilizer bar 50 inserted through the bearing hole 20 along an overall periphery on the stabilizer bush 10. Consequently, opening ends of both sides in a small clearance G formed between the inner peripheral surface of the bearing hole 20 and the outer peripheral surface of the stabilizer bar 50 are blocked by the seal lips 40, and accordingly, it is possible to avoid the entering of the foreign matter such as fine soil, metal pieces, dust, etc. from the outside to the inside of the small clearance G.
