PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide door opening/closing part structure of a vehicle capable of preventing light and dark of the clearance between the door and the door opening part from changing according to the position and improving appearance even the distance in the outer direction in the vehicle from the opening end part of a seal part formed on the door opening part is changed according to the position. SOLUTION: The door opening/closing part structure is equipped with the door opening part 12 formed on the vehicle body, and the door 13 which is formed to be the shape along the door opening part 12 and opens/closes the door opening part 12. The door opening part 12 is provided with a seal part 34 at the inner side of the vehicle than the opening end part 29 so that the distance in the inside and outside of the vehicle from the opening end part 29 changes, and the stepped part 47 where the distance in the inside and outside of the vehicle from the opening end part 29 is approximately constant between the opening end part 29 and the seal part 34.
