IMAGE FORMING DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING METHOD AND CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the formation of an appropriate image even if a printing size included in printing data is not included in the range of print sizes which an image forming device can handle. SOLUTION: The control section of the image forming device judges whether or not the print size 51 included in the printing data input from an external device is included in the range of print sizes 30 which the image forming device can handle. When judging that the print size 51 is not included in the print size range 30, the control section judges whether the print size 51 is included in a size range 40 wider than the print size range 30. When judging that the print size 51 is included in the size range 40 wider than the print size range 30, the control section makes an image printing section perform printing based on the printing data.
