PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing device having a simple clearance-regulating means for regulating the clearance between a receiving net and a threshing cylinder. SOLUTION: The following clearance-regulating means 48 for regulating the clearance between the receiving net 6 and the threshing cylinder 2 is installed in the middle position of both terminals of the receiving net 6 parallel to the outer periphery of the threshing cylinder 2 at the lower part of the threshing cylinder 2. The clearance-regulating means 48 comprises a fixed receiving part fixed to the frame 1 side of the threshing device, a clearance-regulating member moving to the axis center of the threshing cylinder 2 based on the fixed receiving part, and receiving the outer periphery part of the receiving net 6, and a regulating means for regulating the position of the clearance-regulating member based on the fixed receiving part.
