PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester with which a narrow guide is easily changed and an operation defect caused by interference of cereal culms during conveying with an operation lever or a connection means is prevented. SOLUTION: The combine harvester 1 is equipped with a pretreatment part 3 arranged ahead a traveling machine body 2, a conveying means 12 for conveying cereal culms cut by the pretreatment part 3 to a threshing par 4 arranged on the traveling machine body 2, an operation part 6 arranged at one side part in the vehicle width direction of the conveying path of cereal culms and on the traveling machine body 2, the narrow guide 7 which is arranged at the other side part in the vehicle width direction of the pretreatment part 3 and is changed from the posture position of separation action to a posture position of housing, an operation lever 10 for changing the narrow guide 7 through the connection means to the posture position and a guide member 13 for guiding the ear side of the conveyed cereal culms along the conveying path. The guide member 13 is installed between the conveying path and the operation part 6 and the operation lever 10 is arranged between the guide member 13 and the operation part 6.
