PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet for a pet designed to reduce staying of a collapsed excrement-treating material on a drainboard or staying of urine on a tray without emitting malodors. SOLUTION: The toilet for the pet is obtained by dividing the toilet body into the upper and lower sides with the drainboard, laying the excrement-treating material self-collapsing by absorbing water in the upper layer part and providing the tray in the lower layer part. The cross-sectional shape in the vertical directions of ribs in the drainboard is formed such that the width on the top surface side is narrower than the width on the undersurface side.
