PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resonance circuit having a plurality of matching frequencies in a BPF constituted of one resonance circuit, a filter circuit using the resonance circuit and having attenuation poles on the upper and lower parts of a pass frequency band, and a multilayer substrate having the resonance circuit. SOLUTION: The resonance circuit 110 is constituted of: an input side transmission line 113; an output side transmission line 114 of which the input end is connected to the output end of the input side transmission line 113; a first capacitor CA of which the one end is connected to the input terminal 111 of the input side transmission line 113 and the other terminal is connected to the output terminal 112 of the output side transmission line 114; a resonance main transmission line 115 of which the one end is connected to the output end 113 of the input side transmission line; and a second capacitor 116 of which the one end is connected to the other end of the resonance main transmission line 115 and the other end is grounded.
