PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chloroprene rubber composition without starting phase separation when preparing adhesive. SOLUTION: This chloroprene rubber composition containing the chloroprene rubber containing an ethylenically unsaturated sulfonic acid and/or its salt is provided with that (a) the amount of copolymerization (wt.%) of the ethylenically unsaturated sulfonic acid and/or its salt with the chloroprene rubber and (b) the content of rosin acids (wt.%) are each in a range surrounded by (a)=50.0, (b)=0, (b)=5.3 and (a)=0.014(b)+0.01.
