摘要

A centrifugally cast composite roll comprising an outer layer of composition containing, by mass, 2.5 to 9% C, 0.1 to 3.5% Si, 0.1 to 3.5% Mn and 11 to 40% V together with the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities; an intermediate layer of high-speed steel based alloy provided on the inside surface of the outer layer; and an inner layer of cast iron or cast steel provided on the inside surface of the intermediate layer.
