MINI CHANNEL HEAT EXCHANGER

A mini channel heat exchanger with a curved heat conduction pipe is provided to increase heat conductance and a heat conducting area remarkably by providing the heat conduction pipe with a winding coil spring around a heat conduction tube. A mini channel heat exchanger includes an intake header, an exhaust header, and a heat conduction pipe(120). A refrigerant is introduced through the intake header. The refrigerant is exhausted through the exhaust header. The heat conduction pipe is installed between the intake header and the exhaust header and operates a heat exchange. The heat conduction tube is inserted into the intake header by an inner diameter depth of the intake header while forming at a right angle with respect to the intake header. An end portion of the heat conduction tube forms a triangle shape by forming a taper at a bottom side of the intake header. The fin winds around an outer surface of the heat conduction tube spirally with a shape of a coil spring.
