An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to rapidly change the voltage of the first and second clock signals into zero voltage after the power is turned off, thereby preventing an abnormal screen from being displayed and obtaining the display screen with high quality. The first level shifting member(120) includes the first and second transistors connected with each other in series. The first and second transistors input the first clock signal to a gate driving circuit. An end of the first resistor is connected with a node between the first and second transistors and the other end of the resistor is connected with the ground. The second shifting member(140) includes the second and fourth transistors connected with each other in series. The third and fourth transistors input the second clock signal to the gate driving circuit. An end of the second resistor is connected with a node between the third and fourth transistors and the other end of the resistor is connected with the ground. The third level shifting member(160) inputs a start pulse to the gate driving circuit.
