A time display method and a fashion watch using the same are provided to display second, minute, and hour by defining various colors correspondingly to each number and displaying the color corresponding to the number through a color bar. In a method for displaying the time by using a color display device through a digital watch function, colors corresponding to the numbers are set in advance and then the time is displayed by the color. Each zone including two color bars(110) is formed correspondingly to hour, minute, and second in the color display device. The time is displayed by showing the colors of each color bar correspondingly to the present time. Hour, minute, and second are displayed by using the color bars and digital numbers together.
