<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute repetition operation of an inspection device. <P>SOLUTION: In this visual inspection system 1, the inspection device 10 and an information processor 20 are interconnected through RS-232Cs (13 and 23). An operation history creating program α has a movement history creating means for making an HDD 24 (or memory 12) store the history of a movement and image acquiring command input by an operation input section 25. An optimal operation control program β has an optimal history creating means for making it store the optimal history where respective optimal rotating movement and rectilinear movement are calculated, based on the rotating movement and rectilinear movement of a camera 14b, of the stored history stored by the movement history creating means.
