PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system having an authentication means with minimized load in access and a health management means using body weight data measured in authenticating by using the body weight of a user for individual authentication in a computer system. SOLUTION: The computer system 10 which requests information input for specifying a user prior to access to the computer system 10 or specific processing comprises a weight measuring means 30 for measuring the weight received by a chair 10 when the user is seated. When the information for specifying the user is inputted, unauthenticated use is prevented based on a difference between the weight measured by the measuring means 30 and the body weight of the user, a body weight increase/decrease of the user is calculated from the weight measured by the measuring means 30 to form body weight increase/decrease information which can be referred to by the user for health management, and when the body weight increase/decrease becomes larger than a regulated value, a warning for heath management is displayed to the user.
