PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner supply roller good in cell opening stability, low in surface hardness and restraining the compression set of its surface layer under high-temperature and high-humidity environment to be small. SOLUTION: The toner supply roller has a core bar and the surface layer formed on the outer peripheral surface of the core bar and made of a foaming elastic body. The foaming elastic body is obtained by reacting material composition containing a polyol component (A) containing at least a polyether polyol component (B) whose solubility parameter is <8.70 and a polyether polyol component (C) whose solubility parameter is≥8.70 and set so that the content of the polyether polyol component (C) may be 3 to 50 mass%, an isocyanate component (D) containing diphenyl methane disocyanate or its derivative, and a specified catalyst (E).
