PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an identification management system, enabling different users to use a plurality of service systems used cross sectionally. SOLUTION: A system for performing, based on a use request for a second determination server from a first electronic device used by a first user, retrieval of master-servant relation information with common identification information as a key in an identification management server which receives a guarantee request outputted from a first determination server, and outputting a guarantee including the result is proposed. A guaranteed service request is output from the first determination server to the second determination server based on the guarantee, whereby the first user can receive a service received by a second user belonging to another vertical integrated system.
