<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fee calculating system not depending on a system, and capable of easily and quickly correcting a fee, on the basis of databases respectively constructed per company used in provision of energy in an energy supplying company. <P>SOLUTION: The fee calculating system has a means for sending information of a data list, and meter reading information to a calculation layer, the calculation layer calculating a used amount of energy on the basis of the transmitted information, a means for sending a calculation result calculated by the calculation layer, and a means for creating a meter reading calculation result integrating the sent calculation result and pieces of information necessary for calculation.
