PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a V-belt type automatic transmission in an automatic transmission mechanism consisting of a variable type driving side transmission pulley and a driven side transmission pulley, which has improved durability by reducing vibration due to the resonance of both pulleys. SOLUTION: The V-belt type automatic transmission comprises: the driving side transmission pulley A in which centrifugal rollers 4 are mounted; the driven side transmission pulley B; and a centrifugal clutch C which is connected to the driven side transmission pulley B and in which centrifugal weights 12 are mounted. The ratio of the number of the centrifugal rollers 4 provided in the driving side transmission pulley A, and the number of the centrifugal weights 12 provided in the centrifugal clutch C, greater one to the smaller is a noninteger.
