PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit an adhesive from flowing to the back sides of a voice coil bobbin (bobbin), a diaphragm and a damper in a speaker device of a front magnetic circuit type, and to make the speaker device thin. SOLUTION: In the speaker device of a front magnetic circuit type, the bobbin includes an adhesive flowing-into inhibiting part for inhibiting an adhesive from flowing into the back sides of the diaphragm, the damper and the bobbin from an adhering position in the neighborhood of the adhering position for adhering each inner circumferential edge part of the diaphragm and the damper to an outer circumferential wall of the bobbin by the adhesive. The adhesive flowing-into inhibiting part is a part formed by bending a lower end of the bobbin outward. This can inhibit the adhesive from flowing into the back sides of those members when the adhesive applied to the adhering position is dried and can make a distance between the adhering position and the lower end of the bobbin short. Consequently, the length of the bobbin in a vibration direction can be made short to be able to attain the thinness of the speaker device. As a result, the number of vehicle types that can mount the speaker device can be increased. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
