PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage generation circuit or the like capable of correcting a change in a generation voltage to supply voltage fluctuation. SOLUTION: In the voltage generation circuit, supply voltages HVDD and VSS are supplied, and a voltage VREF is outputted to an output terminal VFQ. The voltage generation circuit comprises a transistor TB1 (first resistive element) provided between the supply voltage HVDD and the output terminal VFQ, a transistor TVC for voltage correction that is provided between the output terminal VFQ and an intermediate node NB1 and allows an intermediate node NB2 to be connected to the gate, a transistor TB2 (second resistive element) provided between the intermediate nodes NB1 and NB2, and a transistor TB3 (third resistive element) provided between the intermediate node NB2 and a power supply VSS.
