LOW DUST SPRAYING METHOD AND SPRAYING DEVICE FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low dust spraying method and a spraying device for the method less in the amount of generated dust even if once stopping and resuming spraying work without needing to reconsider the mixing of base concrete at each change in the added amount of a set accelerating agent. SOLUTION: A spraying device supplies water into a force-feed line of the dust set accelerating agent, a mixing position and/or a spray concrete force-feed line after mixing interlocked with the supply of compressed air to the force-feed line of the dust set accelerating agent. The supply of water into a specific position is controlled before and/or when supplying the compressed air into the force-feed line of the powder set accelerating agent without supplying the powder set accelerating agent.
