PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover device in a shovel loader capable of preventing a load from being interlocked with a joint section between a bucket and a bucket supporting member. SOLUTION: The cover device 46 of the shovel loader is equipped with a cover member 47 covering the upper part of the joint section 44 between the bucket 20 and a bucket bracket 13 capable of inclining the bucket 20 in front and behind. The cover member 47 is formed of a non-flexible plate-like material. One end section of the cover member 47 is rotatably connected to bracket sections 28 and 29 of the bucket 20. The other end section of the cover member 47 is rotatably and slidably connected to the bucket bracket 13, and variations in an interval between both of them resulting from the inclination of the bucket 20 in front and behind can be absorbed by the sliding.
