PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buoyancy countermeasure construction method for suppressing the floating of an existing pressure-proof board by the action of underground water pressure, when constructing a new structure by disassembling an existing structure by leaving the pressure-proof board of the existing structure on which the underground water pressure acts. SOLUTION: When constructing the new structure on the existing pressure-proof board 1 by disassembling the existing structure by leaving at least the pressure-proof board 1 of the existing structure on which the underground water pressure acts, a casing 3 for constructing a new pile is arranged higher than the water head of the underground water pressure on the existing pressure-proof board 1 in the middle of disassembling its structure. A concrete pile 2 is newly driven via the casing 3, and a pile head part 2a of the concrete pile 2 and the pressure-proof board 1 of the existing structure are integrally joined to resist the underground water pressure.
