PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus (a mechanism) for collecting powder by using a bag filter, which is used at a step of manufacturing toner and is a powder collecting means using the bag filter and in which the period of the bag filter to be exchanged can be prolonged. SOLUTION: The apparatus for collecting powder is provided with: a main collecting means 10; a second collecting means 30; a first pipeline 35 for connecting an inlet 33 of the main collecting means, through which a mixture of powder with a gas is received, to an outlet 34 of the second collecting means, through which another mixture of nonstandard powder with the gas is discharged; a second pipeline 36 arranged below the main collecting means for introducing the powder collected in the main collecting means into a storage hopper 3; and a third pipeline 37 arranged below the second collecting means for introducing the powder collected in the second collecting means into the storage hopper. One pipeline is formed by combining the second pipeline 36 with the third pipeline 36 and communicated with an inlet of the storage hopper. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
