PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle improving the solubility of a slightly soluble medicament. SOLUTION: The solubility of the slightly soluble medicament can be improved by forming a spherical fine particle containing the slightly soluble medicament and a polymer carrier, and having 0.1-15μm average particle diameter and preferably 0.85-1.0 average circular degree. For example, pranlukast hydrate is cited as the slightly soluble medicament. The fine particle can be produced, for example, by dissolving or suspending the slightly soluble medicament and the polymer carrier in one or more kinds selected from water and an organic solvent, drying the solution or suspension by a pulse momentarily drying method.
