PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous liquid skin cleanser excellent in the effect of removing excess stratum corneum. SOLUTION: The aqueous liquid skin cleanser contains (A) 0.1-50 mass% of a phosphoric monoester of the formula(1)( wherein, R<SP>1</SP>is an average 10-14C alkyl; X<SP>1</SP>and X<SP>2</SP>are each H or an alkali metal atom; and n is the average number of addition moles of ethylene oxide, being 0-2 ) and (B) 2-ethylhexyl glyceryl ether in the mass ratio A/B of (10:1) to (10:5).
