<p>The invention relates to a method for obtaining packaged portions of citrus fruits, which falls within the categories of industrial processes and hotel and catering supply. The inventive method is characterised in that it comprises a series of phases or steps which are performed in a determined order, namely: receipt of the raw material, classification, washing and brushing, drying tunnel, pre-cutting and cutting, alignment and separation, pre-arrangement module, separating module, freezing system, cutting and shaping, automatic packaging in single units, transport module, automatic large-scale packaging, baling and forming of pallets, storage in a low-temperature storage chamber, after which the products are ready for distribution while maintaining the refrigerator chain, such that the quality of the product is retained for later consumption.</p> |
