TEXTILE REINFORCED MATERIAL MANUFACTURING SYSTEM

A textile reinforced material manufacturing system is provided to manufacture textile reinforced material with improved adhesive force, durability, dispersion using waste pet bottle. Textile reinforced material manufacturing system(100) includes a PET sheet manufacturing device(200), a slitting device(300), an unevenness forming device(400), a curvature forming device(500), a bundle forming device(600), and a cutting device(700). The PET manufacturing device melts collected waste PET bottles to form recycles PET sheet. The collected waste PET bottles are inserted into a melting tank to be melted about at 200 degrees centigrade and are continuously extruded to form a PET sheet with a width of 10mm to 500mm and a thickness of 0.001mm to 10mm. The slitting device includes a pair of slitting rollers, a pair of transfer rollers, a roller driving unit to drive the slitting rollers and the transfer rollers, a guide roller to guide the PET sheet, and a slitting casing to accommodate the slitting rollers, the transfer rollers, the guide roller, and the roller driving unit.
