A multimedia signing method in a mobile communication terminal is provided to prepare a multimedia signature consisting of a voice, an image, a sound, and text so that the signature is inserted into a message and transmitted together with the message, thus a message sender can sign by expressing the sender's personality in various ways. A controller of a terminal selects a type of usable contents(S21). The controller prepares a multimedia signature through a selected image, voice, sound, and text(S22). The controller generates a signature control file, and stores the multimedia signature in a storage(S24). The controller configures the multimedia signature by reading out the contents such as the image, the voice, and the text(S34), and inserts the multimedia signature into a new slide(S35). The controller transmits a message inserted with the multimedia signature(S36).
