摘要 Provided is a platycodin derivative which has increased nitrite scavenging capability, and decreased cytotoxicity and hemolytic toxicity, so that it is usefully used as a pharmaceutical composition. The platycodin derivative hydrolysed by Aspergillus niger is characterized in that it has a partial hydrolyzed structure at an ester bond of beta-D-apiofuranosyl(1->3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl(1->4)-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside positioned at 28th carbon of the platycodin. The method for preparing the platycodin derivative comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a culture solution comprising 0.01-0.1 weight/volume% of platycodin and 0.1-0.2 weight/volume% of rhamnose as carbon sources and having a pH of 6; (b) inoculating Aspergillus niger into the culture solution and then culturing it for 4-6 days; and (c) extracting hydrolyzed platycodin from the cultured solution obtained from the step(b).
