<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability of filling interstices of adjacent wires of a wire harness with water-sealing agent and its water-sealing performance. <P>SOLUTION: This water-sealing method of a wire harness is constituted such that: while comprising a water-sealing agent sealed pouch 12 in which water-sealing agent 50 is enclosed and a water-sealing agent sealed portion 11 having a notch 14 at its top end being cut out to the top edge of the water-sealing agent sealed pouch 12, a flexible container for water-sealing 10 having a harness winding portion 15 coated with an adhesive compound 16 in the inner surface of the other side part continuously extended from the water-sealing agent sealed pouch 12; while inserting the top of the water-sealing agent sealed portion 11 of the container for water-sealing 10 into the wire group W of a wire harness in such a position that the water-sealing agent sealed portion 11 will be partly exposed from the outer circumference of the wire group W, and winding the exposed portion of the water-sealing agent sealed portion 11 and the harness winding portion 15 onto the outer circumference of the wire group W, it strongly presses the exposed portion of the water-sealing agent sealed portion 11 so as to tear open the notch 14 inserted into the wire group W so that the water-sealing agent 50 may be filled up between the wires of the wire group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
