摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch the operation speed/power consumption of a circuit constituted on a programmable logical device while securing generality. <P>SOLUTION: When a plurality of printers are connected to a printer I/F card and a part of sequencers in an I/F circuit is requested to be driven at high speed in the case of constituting the I/F circuit including a plurality of sequencers on an FPGA loaded on a printer I/F card, a part of the sequencers constitutes high-speed operation type I/F circuit constituted of sequencers including one-hot type state transition circuits (refer to (B)) on the FPGA.
