<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently purify exhaust gas by generating ozone from purifying air and supplying it to an exhaust passage. <P>SOLUTION: In an exhaust emission control device, an exhaust gas filter 40 is provided in the exhaust passage 35, and a purifying air passage 34 provided with an ozone generator 25 is connected to the exhaust passage 35. Further, the purifying air passage 34 is provided by branching a supply passage 32 connected to a motor assist turbo 10 into the purifying air passage 34 and an intake air passage 33. Thereby, a part of compressed air supplied from the motor assist turbo 10 flows into the intake air passage 33, and the remaining air flows into the purifying air passage 34. Therefore, purifying air is supplied to the ozone generator 25 by the motor assist turbo 10 used in an operation of an internal combustion engine, and the ozone is supplied to the exhaust passage 35 to purify exhaust gas.
