PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated ceramic electronic part by which yield can be improved while ensuring the reliability of the laminated ceramic electronic part. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a laminated ceramic electronic part includes a pattern formation step to form a plurality of conductor patterns and a connection pattern for connecting the conductor patterns on the same layer with each other by using thin-film formation method, a lamination step to stack ceramic green sheets wherein the conductor patterns and the connection pattern are formed, and a cutting step to cut a laminated body formed in the lamination step.
